HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with any item, return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, freight is non-refundable.

c. Whether it's a return or an exchange.
d. Why you would like to return the item.
