At Leland, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to shop with us.
That's why we have a
one year return policy. Yes, that's right, a
one year return policy for Leland web
site purchases.
Let's face it, if you haven't used it in a year, you probably don't need it. So send it back and get something you do want!
If you're not completely satisfied with any regular item, return it to us
with the receipt in
new and unused condition in the
original packaging within
365 days of the
original purchase date
for an exchange or store credit of the purchase price. Unfortunately, shipping is non-refundable.
Purchase is final on all sales items.
**In order for us to resell your unused items, the package must also be in new condition. Please put product packages inside of a shipping package or box. Thank you.
Please follow these easy steps:
1. Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice in the return package. This will help us process your shipment more quickly.
2. Please include in the return package a letter with the following information:
a. Your name, address, phone number, and email address
b. Your Order Number
c. Whether you would like an exchange for another item or items, or would prefer a store credit?
d. Why you are returning the item? Please let us know if there was something unsatisfactory about the product, as your feedback is important to us.
e. If you prefer an exchange, what are the new item(s) you would like us to send you?
